Le service, les compétences et la gentillesse du personnel. En particulier de la personne responsable de la réception et de Diego qui nous a servi le petit déjeuner.
Booking affiche 4 étoiles pour cet établissement. C'est de l'arnaque. Cela commence par un état de délabrement des façades de l'immeuble, se poursuit avec l'ascenseur antédiluvien, des chambres vétustes avec : papier peint déchiré sur le mur, murs avec des trous et dans la porte de la salle de bain, fenêtres qui ferment pas complètement, insonorisation insuffisante, absence de plateau de courtoisie (un flacon bain douche), une bouilloire non utilisable. Une clé ouvrait même plusieurs chambres, lampe de chevet démontée, etc. etc. Une vraie catastrophe. En un mot, un hôtel à éviter absolument. J'étais là avec un groupe de 15 personnes et les 3 nuits dans cet hôtel ont nuit gravement à la réputation de mon agence de voyages.
